Users should be able to search the properties in the particular city/area/country for rent/purchase. User should be able to provide the home specification in search like ground portion in Allama Iqbal town with rent ranging from 10,000 or less.
User administration/Registration users should be able to register against an email address and should be able to sign in
Property notification – if user have subscribed for an email with a particular property specification then email notification should be sent to him. Like if user says that if there is a plot of 10 Marla is available in Allama iqbal then send me an email. System should be able to search these plots daily if any plot of the specified specification is found the email should be sent to user automatically.
Moderation – We don't want the property dealers to post on the websites. So whenever someone will post the property then administrator will review it. If they think that this is not from a property dealer then they will approve it. After the approval the property should be available for posting. System setup – Administration should be able to turn on/off moderation and user sign in/registration modules. If sign and registration is off then user can come and post the property without login. To view the available properties sign in is not required but administration should be able to turn the sign in option for viewing also. |
